We are committed to providing a first class forensic science service and we take pride in the loyalty that our clients show us in return. We do not take this for granted. This document describes what this commitment means and outlines exactly what you can expect from us.

  • Use plain English wherever possible and explain any scientific terms or references.

  • Provide you with clear information about how your case will be progressed and what we need from you in order to do that.

  • Provide you with the necessary information if we need help from you before we can start our work.

  • Represent your best interests and act with integrity.

  • Ensure that we communicate effectively and promptly wherever possible and in a manner which suits your requirements.

  • Act in accordance with the Forensic Science Regulators Code of Practice and Conduct.

  • Provide you with the details of any costs involved by way of a quotation or estimate and provide regular updates in circumstances where the costs are likely to increase from the original amount advised.

 

Terms of Service

After you have instructed us to work on your case we will issue you with our Terms & Conditions which explain in detail the level of service that we will strive to provide to you. We will also inform you of the reference number that applies to your case and the name of the person who is going to be responsible for your case so that you have a single point of contact.

 

Feedback and Testimonials

In order for us to continue to improve our standard of service we actively encourage and value feedback from our clients. We will always act on negative feedback in order to address any shortcomings and build on positive comments.
